The design of the SLIDEX Ultra-Clean Filler is conceived for filling 1-inch nozzles bags:

• 3-5-10-20 L bags or single 220 L drums
  
• 4x220 L drums on pallet or 1000 L bin
• All versions available single head or double head

Sterilization and Cleaning

• The filling chambers are maintained in slight overpressure with microfiltered air to ensure a clean environment
• Automatic connection to the CIP unit without manual piping connections
• The microfiltered air generation system continuously supplies and flushes the Bag-in-Box filling head, ensuring ultra-clean, oil-free, and dried air directly from the plant network
• The system features a redundant filtration process: while one filter ensures continuous air supply to the head, the other is automatically regenerated using a portion of the same filtered air, guaranteeing uninterrupted operation and maximum reliability

Controls and Monitoring

The filler control system is managed by a PLC and a touchscreen panel providing advanced supervision and process data logging. The filler handles 220 L and 1000 L bags with maximum precision and reliability, ensuring smooth and safe operation in every condition.
